Ancestry.com had strong brand awareness, but limited understanding of the breadth and value of its products. We helped evolve Ancestry’s positioning as the category leader in family legacy and storytelling by leaning into a simple insight: when we uncover the stories of our past, we find meaning in our lives today.

From that insight, we created "You’ve Got Questions. We’ve Got Ancestors". A platform that celebrates how your ancestors’ quirks, talents, and grit live on in who you are right now. The work launched with a film during the 2024 Oscars, reinforcing the idea that understanding yourself starts with understanding where you came from.
