Coca-Cola wanted to thank people who make the world a happier place by bringing together 600 of their customers, fans and employees to star in their own movie.
We started by printing each frame of the film on 600 separate t-shirts, which were sent to around the globe with a personalized thank you. The recipients were merely asked to put on a smile, take a photo, and claim their frame in a collective effort to complete the film.
In this project, I've worked closely with Ogilvy's creative team to develop the concept and strategy on how to create a stop-motion film using t-shirts. The UX phase was vital in this process. We had the challenge of making the experience as smooth as possible for people to submit their photo, and at the same time establishing quality control filters to assure the content was consistent across all users.
